Welcome! To provide the highest quality service and maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, please familiarize yourself with the following studio policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. 1. Booking • Payment Methods: We accept Cash & Credit/Debit. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. • 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Late Cancellations: We know things come up sometimes! If you need to cancel, it must be at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel after that deadline, 25% of your service will be charged to your debit/credit card. • No-Shows: Failure to arrive without notice will result in a charge of 25% of the scheduled service. 3. Late Arrivals • Arrivals after 10 minutes: Your appointment may be shortened to stay on schedule for the next guest, or it may need to be rescheduled entirely. In the event of a reschedule due to lateness, the "Late Cancellation" fee will apply. 4. Service Preparation & Safety • Foreign Refills or Removals: For quality and safety reasons, we do not refill or remove work from other salons. If you currently have enhancements on, please remove before appointment. • Removals: We do not offer gel-x removals. We do offer gel removal and builder gel removal and fills. We also do offer gel-x fills within two to three weeks after service. • Nail Health: We reserve the right to refuse service. • Children & Extra Guests: To maintain a good environment and ensure safety around professional-grade chemicals and tools, please limit guests to 1-2. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee • Repair Policy: We take pride in our work. If your nails chip or lift within three days of your appointment, we offer complimentary repairs. Nail repair after three days may be requested through our social media, or on website (will be a $5.00 fee). Limit 2-3 nails. • Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover accidental breaks caused by improper aftercare or forceful impact. After the guarantee window, repairs will incur a small fee. Social Media & Content Consent • We love showcasing our artistry! By booking an appointment, you consent to the taking of photographs and/or videos of your hands and nails for promotional use on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. • We value your privacy; we will never include your face or identifying personal information without your explicit verbal or written permission. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your technician at the start of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please read all the Studio Policies & Guest Agreement: Welcome to Hopeful Creations! To provide the highest quality artistry and maintain a safe, relaxing environment, please review our policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens; however, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 25% fee of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file. • No-Shows: Failure to arrive without any notice will result in a 25% fee and may restrict your ability to book future appointments. 2. Late Arrivals If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule for the next guest, or it may need to be rescheduled entirely. In the event of a reschedule due to lateness, the Late Cancellation fee will apply. 3. Service Preparation & Safety • Foreign Work: For quality and safety reasons, we do not refill or remove work from other salons. Please arrive with bare nails or book a removal if your previous set was done by Hopeful Creations. • Removals: We do not offer Gel-X removals. We do offer Gel and Builder Gel removals/fills. Gel-X fills are available only within 2–3 weeks of the original service. • Nail Health: We reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of fungus, open wounds, or severe trauma. • Guests: To ensure safety around professional-grade chemicals and tools, please limit extra guests to one person. 4. Health & Liability Waiver By booking, you acknowledge that nail services involve professional-grade chemicals and sharp tools. • Disclosure: You agree to inform your technician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions (such as diabetes) prior to service. • Liability: Hopeful Creations follows strict Safety and Sanitation Guidelines. By accepting service, you agree that Hopeful Creations is not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or injuries resulting from the service, undisclosed health conditions or improper aftercare. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee • 72-Hour Window: We take pride in our work. If your nails chip or lift within three days of your appointment, we offer complimentary repairs (limit 2-3 nails). • Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover accidental breaks caused by forceful impact or improper aftercare. Repairs requested after three days will incur a $5.00 fee per nail. 6. Media & Content Consent We love showcasing our work! By booking, you consent to photos/videos of your hands and nails being used for promotional purposes. We value your privacy and will never include your face or identifying information without explicit permission. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of your appointment.
